We need to get back to the Fundamentals…
Fundamental Spirituality - (Fun comes before the mental) Need to Take a Vow of Levity… Gravitation force pulls mouth down into a frown, the levitational force lifts the lips into a smile. Levitation is the highest realization of yoga. Enlightenment is the process of lightening up so you can levitate. Ultimately leads to fool realization...
So levity overcomes gravity… In our age there is just too much information… these particles of information get caught between our ears which causes truth decay! --- Lighten up by mental flossing daily!
The simple act of smiling creates happiness hormones (endorphins). So not only does being happy make you smile, but simply smiling will make you happy.
We are happy because we smile… Isn't that funny?
